2 c baking mix (like Bisquick)
2/3 c milk
1/2 c shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 c butter or margarine - melted
1 t garlic clove, minced
chopped parsley (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Combine mix, milk and cheese, until soft dough forms Beat vigorously for 30 seconds. Spray muffin tins with Pam and fill /2 full. Bake 8-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Melt butter, garlic and parsley together. Brush over warm biscuits before removing from pan. Make sure all biscuits get some of the garlic or they will be bland.
