1 lb maple flavored bacon, chopped fried crisp
3/4 c diced green onions
3/4 c diced green peppers
1 1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c butter, melted
2 cloves fresh garlic - minced
1 can Grand (or refrigerated biscuits)

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon to crisp and drain. Add onions and green pepper & garlic to bacon drippings and saute until soft. Cut each biscuit into 8 pieces each. Toss in large bowl the biscuits, cheese, onion, green pepper, bacon, garlic and margarine. Put into ungreased muffin tins. Bake 375 degrees for 35 minutes.
