1 c Scottish Ale 2 t Brown Sugar 1/2 t Seasoned Salt 1/4 c Black Pepper
Place your favorite cut of steak in a shallow pan sprinkle with tenderizer, then pour ale on steak and marinate for 1 hour in refrigerator. Remove steak from ale and add dry ingredients together and rub steak on both sides. Let marinate with dry ingrediets for 1/2 hour.
