2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. salt 2 eggs-SEPARATED 1 c. milk
1-1 1/2 cups blueberries
Mix first 3 ingredients and reserve 3/4 c. for topping.
Add EGG YOLKS and next 4 ingredients to flour mixture.
Beat EGG WHITES till stiff and FOLD into batter. Spread in greased and floured 13x9" pan. Arrange blueberries evenly over batter and top with the 3/4 c. reserved topping. Bake at 350 for 40-50 minutes.
