1 onion
1 medium garlic clove
2 strips turkey bacon
1/2 c shredded chicken or turkey
2-4 links turkey sausage
1 c peas
1 tbsp pimentos (optional, for color)
salt and pepper
1 pt alfredo sauce
3/4 lb linguine
2/3 c grated parmesan
extra virgin olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Chop onion and garlic into small pieces. Heat in the evoo until transparent. Add bacon strips. Cut into small pieces. Add shredded chicken or turkey and sausage; chop and cook until done. Add sauce, peas and (if desired) pimentos and cook together until heated thoroughly. Stir frequently. Heat linquine. Mix with sauce and other ingredients and serve with plenty of grated parmesan.
