4 cans of 14 oz. dice tomatoes (drained)
1 cup of diced red onion
4 pkg of Concord Foods Salsa Seasoning Mix Hot
2 jalapeņo
2 bundles of cilantro

Directions:

In a blender combine ingredients and mix/chop to desired thickness.

It might be necessary to divide in half the ingredients and mix/chop. The salsa is awesome and good with any Mexican dish. This salsa won first place at the Patton Reunion in 2009.
