Lg Roast
1 pkg of onion soup seasoning
2 cups of water
5 potatoes peeled and sliced
6 carrots peeled and sliced

Directions:
Directions:
In a crock pot, place potatoes and carrots in the bottom of the crock pot. place roast on top. Pour in two cups of water and then sprinkle seasoning on top of roast. Cook on high for 10 hours.

I would put this on to cook on Saturday evening and it would be ready to serve at for lunch on Sunday.
