1 pkg Pillsbury 2-pie crust
1 can pitted cherries
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
almond flavoring
red food coloring
1 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Pour cherry juice from can into bowl with sugar and flour; mix. Put a capful of almond flavoring and red food coloring into juice mixture; add cherries. Roll out one crust and place in bottom of pie plate. Pour filling into crust. Put 4 to 5 slices of butter on top of filling. Cut slits in the top of pie crust. Place top pie crust on top of filling in pie plate. Press crusts together and fold/tuck the edges of the crust. Decorate the edges as you please. Top with sprinkles of sugar. Bake at 375, cover edges with foil for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 25-30 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool. (Cooking time may vary.)
