1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck or ground round, 1 cup bread crumbs or oatmeal, 1 egg, 1/2 cup ketchup, 1 small onion chopped fine, 2 teas. horseradish, salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste. Lg. package of frozen Tater Tots, and 2 cans of soup(Golden Mushroom or Cream of Mushroom) and 1 can water.
Mix everything together like a meatloaf (except the Tater Tots, soups and water) and pat in a 9X13 pan sprayed with Pam Spray. Layer Tater Tots on top of meat mixture. Mix the 2 cans of soup together and water and pour on top of Tater Tots. Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
Good casserole to be made ahead and kept in refrigerator until ready to bake.
