1 1/2 lbs ground chuck
1 medium onion chopped
1/3 cup green pepper chopped
salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste.
1 large jar of spaghetti sauce
1 cup water
Lasagna noodles uncooked
16oz, shredded mozzarella cheese
16 oz. cottage cheese
1 egg
3/4 cup Parmesan grated cheese

Brown ground chuck, onion, green pepper,salt, pepper and garlic powder, and add jar of spaghetti sauce and water.
Mix together the shredded mozzarella cheese, cottage cheese,and egg.
Spray a 9X13 pan with Pam spray and then layer 3 times starting with meat sauce, then cheese mixture, and uncooked lasagna noodles, ending with the cheese mixture.
Sprinkle Parmesan Cheese on top and cover tightly with foil and Bake at 350 for 1 hour.

This is great, and can be made ahead.

Note* spray the foil on the side that touches the lasagna so the cheese won't stick to it when it is done.
