Muffins:
1 1/4 c. flour
3 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
1 c. milk
2 T, sugar
1/2 c. cream of wheat
1 egg, lightly beaten
Topping: 1/2 stick melted margarine
1/2 c. sugar
1 t. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 425. Pour mixture into well greased pans. Bake 25 minutes. Remove from muffin cups and roll in melted margarine then dip into cinnamon/sugar mixture.
