4 eggs
1 2/3 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
1 can pumpkin mix
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. nuts --- optional

2 c. powdered sugar
1 tbsp vanilla
1/2 cup butter (softened)
1 pkg. cream cheese

Mix and beat wet ingredients together until fluffy.
Stir dry ingredients together and then add to other mixture.
Put into greased 10 x 13 pan.
Bake at 350 for 30 mins.
Cool before frosting
