4 Tbsp. dry yeast
4 c. warm water (HOT)
2/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. butter, melted
5 tsp. salt
1 1/3 c. nonfat dry milk
10 to 10 1/2 c. flour
2 eggs slightly beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients except yeast. Melt butter and add. Add 3 c. hot water and put 1 cup of water in microwave. When hot, add to dry ingredients. Add beaten eggs and 5 cups of the flour. Then add yeast. Add remainder of flour and beat for 4 minutes. Roll out on oil to keep from drying out. Bake at 375 for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
