1 bag frozen hash brown potatoes
1 8 oz. sour cream
1 medium onion chopped
3 cups shredded mozzarella Cheese
1 cup melted butter
2 cups crushed corn flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Spray a 13X9 Pan with Pam spray, and add half of the melted butter in the pan. Put frozen hash brown potatoes in pan.
Mix together sour cream, chopped onion and cheese and spread over the frozen potatoes.
Mix crushed corn flakes with rest of the butter and spread over the top of the cheese mixture.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour.

These are delicious even cold that is if there are any left !
These can be made with cheddar chees also.
