1 (16 oz.) bag frozen broccoli, carrots, cauliflower medley thawed and drained.
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 jar (4 oz.) pimentos, drained (optional)
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese, divided
1 can (2.8 oz.) French Fried Onions, divided

Directions:
Directions:
Combine vegetables. Add soup, sour cream, pepper, 1/2 c. cheese, half the onions. Mix well. Pour into ungreased 1 quart casserole dish. Cover and bake at 350 for 30 - 35 minutes. Uncover, sprinkle remaining cheese and onion. Return to oven and bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Can use fresh broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots-cook and drain before combining with other ingredients.
