Crust: 1 1/2 cups graham crumbs, 3 oz sugar, 1/2 cup butter melted,
Combine sugar and graham crumbs, add melted butter and pat into a 10" springform pan.
24oz cream cheese, 2 1/2 cans sweetened condensed milk, 6 oz lemon juice, 2 t vanilla,
Beat cream cheese till light and fluffy.....if you do not beat it enough it will not turn out!! Add the condensed milk a little bit at a time while you continue to beat. Add the lemon juice and the vanilla. Pour over crust and let chill overnight. Top with your favorite fruit and enjoy!!
