4 med tomatoes chopped 1 1/2 lbs raw peeled shrimp 6 T olive oil 1/4 cuo chopped onion 1/2 cup white wine 2 T parsley 1/2 t oregeno 1 t salt pepper to taste 2 oz feta crubled
Heat oil and add onion and shrimp, cook till shrimp are pink. Add all remaining ingredients except feta and saute quicly.....1-2 min. Add feta and serve with rice, pasta or just a baguette for dipping!
