3 large potatos, skinned and diced
1 8oz. sour cream
1 cn. of spinach
salt and pepper to taste
shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mash softened potatoes
Add Sour cream, spinach, salt and pepper. Put in casserole dish, top with shredded cheese. Bake at 350 for 25 min.
