1 c. Karo white syrup
1 c. sugar
2 c. raw peanuts
1 1/2 tsp baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Combine syrup, sugar, and peanuts in heavy skillet. Bring to a boil and boil 10 minutes on medium heat or until golden brown. Remove from heat and add the 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda. Stir well. Mixture will bubble up. Pour onto buttered cookie sheet and spread as thin as you want. Let cool and break into serving pieces.

According to your taste, you may add a little vanilla and butter when taken off the heat.
