Favorite Pie Crust
2 c. chopped apples
Cinnamon and sugar to taste
2 c. water
2 c. sugar
butter

Directions:
Directions:
Take your favorite pie crust recipe and roll out to use. Take finely chopped apples and spread over crust. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Roll up like jelly roll and cut into 1" slices. Place in pan. Place 2 c. water and 2 c. sugar into saucepan and boil until thickened. It makes a syrup. Dot the apple slices with butter. Pour syrup over them and bake at 400 until browned.
