1 acorn squash
2 T. butter, melted
2 T. honey
1 tsp. cinnamon
pinch nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut squash in half through stem. Cut each piece in 3 wedges. Place in large roasting pan. Combine honey, butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt & dash of pepper and toss with squash wedges. Bake at 400
for 35 - 40 minutes. (Option: Bake double batch, scoop leftovers out of skin, mash slightly, form into patties & freeze until firm. Store all patties in baggie or vacuumed bags.)
