8 slices bread, cubed
1 1/2 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
2 cups cubed or shredded cheddar cheese
4 eggs
2 1/2 cup. milk
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 can cream of mushroom soup thinned with 1/2 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Butter a 9 x 13 pan. Place bread on the bottom, then sausage, then cheese. Mix eggs, milk, and mustard. Pour over. Refrigerate overnight. Before baking cover with 1 can cream of mushroom soup, thinned with 1/2 cup milk. Bake at 275 to 300 for 1 1/2 hours.
