1lb ground beef
1 egg
1/2 tsp salt
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1 slice white bread, coarsely crumbled
Generous dash pepper
1/3 c. water
3 c. cooked wide noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Mix beef onions, eggs, bread, salt and pepper; shape into 16 meatballs. Brown in skillet (use shortening if needed); pour off drippings. Add soup and water. Cover and simmer 10 minutes; stirring now and then. Blend in sour cream; heat. Serve over noodles.
