6 c. mashed cooked yams (3 small cans drain off syrup)
3 c. crushed pineapple (do not drain)
2 TSR. salt
1/2 lb butter (melt)
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 TSR nutmeg

nuts
marshmallow cream

Directions:
Directions:
Beat yams with beater then add remaining ingredients, except nuts and marshmallow. Pour into buttered pans (13") Bake at 375 for 45 minutes. Pour 1/2 jar of marshmallow cream, mix in casserole real good and put back in oven until done
