Ingredients:  
Any kind of cut up chicken pieces you wish.
1-2 sticks of butter or margarine melted
salt
garlic powder
lemon and pepper seasoning
1 pkg crushed saltine crackers crushed fairly fine
(can use Ritz crackers)

Directions:
Directions:
Add spices to melted butter. Dip each chicken piece in butter and coat heavy with saltine crackers.
Place in 9x13 baking pan, adding remaining crackers. Pour remaining butter over top. May have to melt a little extra butter. Cover with foil bake about 50-60 min. Or until chicken is very tender. Remove foil bake 10 more min.Heat oven to 350
