2 yeast packets,
1 C. sugar,
2 C. lukewarm water,
1 C. butter,
6 beaten eggs,
8-10 C. flour,
1 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix yeast with 2 Tbsp sugar and 2 cups water. Add melted butter, rest of sugar, and eggs. Mix well. Sift flour and salt. Mix and let rise 2 hours. Stir down and cover, put in fridge overnight. Separate dough into four equal parts. Roll each into large circle. Brush with melted butter. Cut like pie into twelve pieces. roll up starting with wide end. Place on cookie sheet, making sure the tail end is tucked under and next to the pan. Let rise 4-5 hours and bake at 400 for 9-10 minutes.

This is my favorite roll recipe. I always make these rolls for Thanksgiving. It's nearly a dessert, being so buttery and yummy.
