2 c sourdough batter
2 c flour
3 T sugar
1 T baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

small amount of milk if needed to make a good dough

1/2 c melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients and add to sour dough batter. Roll out on a floured board. Cut with a circular cookie cutter. Dip both sides into melted butter and place touching each other in a 9 x 13 pan. Cover and Let rest for 30 minutes, or as long as needed.(up to three hours) Bake at 350 18 minutes or until the bottom is crispy and the tops are just barely brown.
