4 eggs
3 T sugar
5 T oil
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

Directions:

Replenish start at least 4 hours before use. Reserve 1 cup of start to storage.

Mix all ingredients together. Do not use metal.
Cook pancakes on a hot griddle.

Store purchased Pancake mix is as unhealthy as ice cream, being very high in trans fats. This is a delicious and inexpensive alternative to store purchase mixes. The only draw back is that you need to remember to set out start for breakfast the night before.Set out start with dinner clean up.
