Ingredients:  
2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup shortening
3/4 cup orange juice
1 T orange rind
1 egg beaten
1 cup seedless raisins
1 cup fresh cranberries, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients together. Cut in shortening and add orange juice and orange rind. Mix to dampen and add cranberries and raisins. DO NOT OVER STIR.
Spoon into greased loaf pans. Bake 350 for one hour. Cool and Remove from pans.
