1 46 oz can tomato juice
7 T. Lemon juice
2 T. Instant minced onions
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp leaf oregano, crumbled and 1/2 tsp basil
2 cups shredded cabbage
1 T. Sugar
2 envelopes or cubes instant beef broth

Directions:
Directions:
Combine tomato juice, lemon juice, onion, water, beef broth, oregano and basil in large saucepan and bring to a boil. Add cabbage; cover and simmer 20 minutes (cabbage will be crisp and tender) or until cabbage is done as you like it. Stir in Sugar. Yield 6 servings.
