1 16oz pkg great northern beans
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp seasoned salt
1 1/2 T. dark molasses
3 tsp prepared mustard
3/4 cup ketchup or BBQ sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 large onion, chopped
2 1/2 cups tomato juice
1/4 lb. bacon, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Soak beans overnight. Then, cook beans in cooking water plus baking soda. Cook until skins pop when you blow on them. Drain the beans, reserving 1 1/2 cups of the cooking water. Combine reserved cooking water, beans and remaining ingredients. Pour into casserole dish and bake. Prep time 15 minutes plus over night to soak beans. Bake at 250 for 6 hours. Serves 12-15
