2 quarts of sliced cucumbers 2 or 3 sliced onions 2 Tablespoons salt 1 1/2 C sugar 1/2 C white vinegar
Sprinkle salt over cucumbers and onions, cover with water and let stand for 2 hours. Drain. Mix together sugar and vinegar. Pour over cucumbers and onions and freeze. Take out and thaw when ready to eat, keeps indefinitely.
