2 cinnamon sticks, broken
1 TBSP mustard seed
2 tsp. black peppercorns
1 tsp. whole cloves
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. juniper berries
1 tsp. crumbled mace
1 tsp. dill seeds
4 dried bay leaves, crumbled
1 small piece dried ginger, chopped fine

Directions:

Mix all together and use in pickling sweet pickles or beets!!
