4 boneless beef top sirloin steaks (2 lbs total)
1/3 cup lime juice
1/4 cup cooking oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 of a 7-oz. jar roasted red sweet peppers (1/2 cup), minced
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup Dijon-style mustard
2 to 3 cloves garlic, minced

Directions:

Sprinkle meat with salt and pepper. Place in a plastic bag set in a shallow dish. For marinade, in a small bowl stir together lime juice, cooking oil, the 2 cloves garlic, and cinnamon. Pour over meat. Close bag. Marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes or in the refrigerator up to 6 hours, turning bag occasionally.
For glaze, in a small saucepan stir together red peppers, honey, mustard, and the remaining garlic. Bring to a boil; reduce heat; simmer uncovered 5-7 minutes. Set aside. Drain meat. Discard marinade. Grill to desired temperature.
Brush meat with glaze during last half of grill time.
