Crust: 1 1/2 c flour, 3/4 c butter, and 3/4 c confectioner's sugar

Filling: 3 eggs slightly beaten, grated peel of 1 1/2 lemons, juice of 1 1/2 lemons, 1 1/2 c sugar, 3 T. flour, and 3/4 t baking powder.

Crust: Preheat oven to 300. Cut together the flour, butter, and confectioner's sugar to make fine crumbs. Press firmly into a greased 9x13x2 pan. Bake for 15 minutes.

Filling: Mix together eggs, lemon juice and peel, sugar, flour, and baking powder. Pour over the crust. Return and bake 25 minutes at 350. Remove from oven and sprinkle with confectioner's sugar while still hot. Let cool. Cut into squares.
