2 c flour
1 c sugar
1 1/2 t baking powder
1 t salt
1/2 t baking soda
3/4 c orange juice
1 well-beaten egg
2 T butter; melted
1 T grated orange rind
1 c fresh or frozen cranberries, coarsely chopped
1/2 c chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Sift together dry ingredients. Add orange juice, egg, butter, and orange rind. Stir until well blended. Stir in cranberries and nuts. Pour into a 9x5" greased on the bottom loaf pan. Bake for 55 to 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool before serving.
