1 T Whole allspice
10 Whole cloves
2 Cinnamon sticks
3 c apple cider
1 12 oz can carrot juice
1/3 lemon, freshly squeezed.

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients into a saucepan. Simmer for 20-20 minute's. Remove cloves and cinnamon stick's. Serve immediately.
