1/4 cup olive oil
2 cloves minced
1 can crushed tomatoes
1 tsp chicken base
4 tsp dried basil
2 tsp fresh minced parsley
1/4 tsp pepper
2 cups heavy cream
4 Tbsp parm cheese(better with fresh)
1 # cheese tortellini cooked
parsley for garnish
Parm cheese for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Blend chicken base, basil, parsley and pepper into the crushed tomatoes. Saute the garlic in olive oil. Add tomato mixture and bring to a simmer. Add creram and bring to a slow boil. Add the 1/4 cup parm cheese to sauce.
Stir well and add the tortellini to sauce. Garnish with additional garsley and parm cheese.
