3 Tbls butter
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 cup chicken broth(or more)
1 1/2 Tbls flour
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup sherry
1 cup shredded swiss cheese
2 cups diced chicken
Salt and pepper to taste
8 oz spaghetti cooked in chicken broth.
1/4 cup parm cheese
2 Tbsp slivered almonds

Directions:
Directions:
1. Saute mushrooms in butter. Blend in flour to mushrooms and stir in milk and broth. Cook til thickened. Stir in sherry and swiss cheese. Fold in Spaghettiand chicken.. Salt and pepper to taste.
2. Pour into a greased baking dish. Sprinkle with parm cheese and almonds.
3. Cover baking dish with clear plastic wrap and then with foil sealing edges well.
4. Bake 1t 375 for 25 minutes and then remove foil and wrap and cook an additional 10 minutes or until hot all the way through.
