3 Cups flour
2 Cups sugar
3 Tsp. baking powder
2 1/2 Tsp. vanilla
1 Cup oil
1/2 Cup orange juice
4 Eggs
5 - 6 Apples

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together except apples. Put 1/2 batter in tube pan, then all apples. Cover with rest of batter and top with a little cinnamon and sugar.

Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours in greased and floured pan.
