1 Heaping tsp. dry mustard
1 Egg
Beat first 2 ingredients like mad.
1 1/2 Cup Crisco oil
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Heaping tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Add Crisco oil a little at a time, 1/2 cup at a time until thick.
Add vinegar and salt. If you prefer hot mayo, add a little more vinegar.
