Pie filling
1 15oz can pumpkin
1 14 oz can condensed milk
2 eggs
1 tsp cinnamo1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt
1 9 inch pie crust unbaked
Streusel Topping
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 Tbls flour
2 Tbls cold butter
3/4 cup nuts
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 425
In bowl mix all filling ingredient. pour into a pie shell. Bake for 15 minutes.
Topping
In small bowl with 2 forks blend flour, butter. sugar, and cinnamon. Blend all until resembles crumbs. Add nuts and mix well
When pie has baked 15 minutes at 425 reduce ovn to359 and place topping on top and bake pie on bottom shelf for 35-40 minutes more.. Knife will come out clean when inserts.. Pie may be served warm or chilled. Serve with Whipped cream as an extra.
