Hot Buffalo Wings Recipe

3 lb bag chicken wings-thawed and dry

Sauce:
1 stick butter
1 - 1 1/2 c red hot wing sauce (to taste)
1 pkg Good Seasons Italian dressing mix
1/3 c lemon juice
2 tbs honey

Directions:
Directions:
Deep fry chicken wings.

If breading:
Mix flour, salt & pepper, chili powder and garlic powder. Dip chicken in breading, shake off
excess and fry until brown.

Mix together in a saucepan: butter, hot sauce, dressing mix and lemon juice and honey. Simmer slowly for 10 min.

Pour mixture over chicken wings. Keep warm in oven until ready to serve.
