3 c frsh broccoli-cut into small pieces 1 lb bacon-diced 1 c cheddar cheese 1 red onion chopped
Sauce: 1 c mayonnaise 1/2 c sugar 2 tbs vinegar
Saute bacon until browned. Drain well on paper towel. Cut up broccoli into small bite size pieces. In a bowl combine broccoli and bacon. In a small bowl mix together mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar. Pour over broccoli mixture. Add cheddar cheese and toss lightly.
