2 cups butter or margerine
12 oz cream cheese
4 cups flour
3 eggs
2 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
3 Tbsp melted butter
1 tsp vanilla
1/ 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. In a bowl mix together butter, cream cheese until well blended. Beat in flour 1 cup at a time. Roll into small balls and press into the bottoms and sides of mini muffin pans.
3. In annother bowl mix eggs brown sugar, butter, vanilla. Add pecans. Pour some of the mixture into a pastry bag or a qt storage bag and cut off tip so mixture will flow to put mixture into shells and fill 2/3 full.
4. Bake for 15-18 minutes in the ven until shell is light brown, and the filling has puffed up. Cool and carefully remove from pans. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Store in a covered container.
Tassies can be put into mini baking cups to serve or for gift baskets.
