2/3 c. margarine
2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2-3/4 c. chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine and brown sugar together over low heat. Cool slightly. Add eggs and vanilla. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Beat flour mixture into wet ingredients. Spread into a 9" x 13" greased baking pan. Spread 1/2 - 3/4 cup chocolate chips on top.
Bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes. Allow to cool before cutting into bars. Makes at least 25 good sized bars.
