3 cups sugar
1/2 cup Karo
1 cup water
1 egg white
dash of vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Boil sugar, water and karo until hard. Beat egg white until stiff. Pour sugar mix slowly into egg, stirring slowly. Add vanilla and stir until a dull color. It takes a long time.

Always use good sugar! These need to dry for a day. I always make these for the holidays!
