1/2 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. shortening (can use all butter if preferred)
2 eggs
2-3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. cream of tarter
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

2 T. cinnamon & 2 T sugar (to roll balls in)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter sugar and eggs. Stir in dry ingredients, mix well. Chill. Roll in small balls & roll in cinnamon & sugar mixture. Grease cookie sheet. Bake at 400 8-10 minutes. Cookies will still be soft, will puff up & then flatten out.
