3 eggs, separated by whites and yolks.
3/4 c. white sugar + 1/4 c. white sugar
Cream of tarter
White rum; brandy
Hot water

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites until stiff. Add 3/4 c. white sugar and a pinch of cream of tarter. Continue beating until stiff.

Beat egg yolks and add 1/4 c. sugar. Continue beating and fold together with egg whites.

When ready to consume, mix 1 shot of white rum, 1 shot of brandy, hot water and batter to taste in a mug. Enjoy!
