11 oz. cream cheese , 8 oz. crumbled bleu cheese
1/2 - 1 stick of butter, 1/4 cup of chives, 1/4 cup chopped black olives, diced walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Soften cheese and butter and mix together. Add Bleu Cheese, chives, and olives. Regrigerate. (Best if made thenight before). After refrigeration, mold into ball and roll in chopped walnuts.
